Promotainment has been a project Studio Helga and NBCU have been working together on for several years. The idea behind the project was to break up the ad breaks on DreamWorks TV with a series of fun play-along games to keep the audience engaged.

The first collection of games needed to be simple enough for all ages to play along with and also come in the form of a template system that allows for the theming of game to be switched. The games were themed using TV shows from DreamWorks TV such as Boss Babby, Puss in Boots and Captain Underpants.

Over the years we have produced hundreds of assets for promotainment, including seasonal events like Christmas and Halloween, to sporting events like the World Cup. 

New games have been made over the years in order to keep the Promotainment content fresh and engaging. We've also added new shows into the mix as they've been released too. Promotainment has been one of the most enjoyable projects that we've had the chance to work on, coming up with new solutions every month keeps us on our toes creatively and ensures DreamWorks TV is providing fresh content that keep viewers coming back.
